This policy explains what SupraBids collects, why, and what you can do about it. SupraBids is operated from 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Account: name, email address, company name, phone number, and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Payment:handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store only Stripe’s customer and subscription identifiers and your plan status.
- Your searches and saved items: saved bids, saved searches and alert criteria, so the Service can do what you asked it to.
Information we collect automatically
- Which opportunities you view, to show recent activity and improve relevance.
- Standard server logs, including IP address and browser user agent.
Information from public sources
For our contract-opportunity outreach we use business contact details published in the SBA Small Business Search, a public registry of certified small businesses: company name, business email, business address and NAICS codes. This is business contact information, not personal consumer data. Every such message identifies itself as commercial, carries our postal address, and includes a one-click way out that we honour permanently.
2. Why we use it
- To operate your account and deliver the Service you subscribed to;
- To send the alerts and notifications you configured;
- To process payments and send receipts;
- To send service messages such as password resets and billing notices;
- To tell businesses about public contract opportunities matching their NAICS codes;
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud and keep the Service secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. Who processes data on our behalf

These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the Service to function — keeping you signed in and keeping your session secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.
5. Email, and how to stop it
- Opportunity and marketing email: every message has an unsubscribe link, and Gmail and Outlook show a one-click unsubscribe control. Either one removes your address permanently, including from future imports of our contact list.
- Alerts you configured: change or delete them in your dashboard.
- Service email — receipts, password resets, billing notices — cannot be switched off while your account is open, because it is how we tell you about your own account.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is open, and up to 12 months after closure.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years.
- Unsubscribe records: kept indefinitely. This is deliberate — deleting them would let a future import mail you again.
7. Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data, by writing to support@suprabids.com from the address on the account. We respond within 30 days. Deletion does not remove records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons, or your unsubscribe record.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you rights to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as the CCPA defines it. Use the same address above.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt. Payment card data never touches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service before taking effect, and the date above will change.
