Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SupraBids (the “Service”), operated from 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SupraBids does

SupraBids aggregates public procurement opportunities published by United States federal agencies (via SAM.gov) and by state, local and education agencies, and makes them searchable, filterable and available as email alerts.

2. What the data is, and what it is not

This is the most important section of these terms, so it is stated plainly:

  • SupraBids is an aggregator. We do not issue solicitations, evaluate bids, or award contracts, and we have no relationship with the agencies that publish them.
  • Listings are reproduced from public sources and third-party feeds. Deadlines, scopes, contacts and award values may be incomplete, delayed, or changed by the issuing agency after we publish them.
  • Always verify with the issuing agency before relying on anything you read here, and submit through the agency’s own process. A missed deadline or a superseded document is not something we can remedy.
  • We do not guarantee that any particular opportunity, quantity of opportunities, or category of work will appear in the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. Accounts are for the subscribing business. Team seats, where included in your plan, are for named individuals within that business.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. There is no free trial period.

  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
  • Refunds. Payments already made are not refunded on cancellation, since access remains available for the paid period. If you were billed in error, contact us and we will correct it.
  • Price changes.We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The price of a period already paid does not change.
  • Cost estimate reports are purchased separately, per report, and are not part of any subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute the Service’s data outside your own business use;
  • Share account credentials outside the seats included in your plan;
  • Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or to interfere with the Service’s operation;
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, interface, analysis and compilation are ours. The underlying solicitation records are public records belonging to the issuing agencies. You keep ownership of anything you upload or save to your account.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and upstream data-source failures can interrupt it.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupraBids is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost contracts, or costs arising from a missed deadline or from reliance on a listing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service before they take effect, and the “last updated” date above will change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
